Purchase Order -> Bank Deposit

After the order has been made, the bank details will be given to the purchaser.  
Be sure to contact us about Shipping/postage costs before you make the order. 
The shipping costs will be added to the listed purchase price of the artwork.

Ownership

BotanicalArts.Com.Au (Bayside Solutions Pty. Ltd), does not at anytime, before, during or after the purchase, hold or own any of the artwork for sale on this website. The artist has in their care, the artworks that are for sale. The artist takes full responsibility, as agreed upon prior to advertising their works on this site, for the type of packaging, the costs of packaging, postage methods and costs, the costs of insurance (be it required), and the tasks of labelling of any packing (the incurred costs will be passed on to the buyer).  BotanicalArts.Com.Au (Bayside Solutions Pty Ltd) has direct contact with the artists and any purchasers to ensure the smooth purchase and delivery of all works for sale.  Please ensure you inform us of any insured postage requirements.

Invoicing

Invoices from artists can be requested before any purchase (Please provide your company / personal details).
Invoicing is from the individual artist to the purchaser (not from www.botanicalarts.com.au and not from Bayside Solutions Pty Ltd)
All artists on this website have delivered signed "Statement by a supplier" declarations, indicating they are not required to provide ABN for the supply of goods and services, for the reason indicated on the forms (normally in pursuit of a hobby).  Goods and services tax is therefore not added to the price indicated.
